Consulting AND COACHING
Through our collaborative approach, Macon Street Ventures provide the strategic guidance and practical tools necessary to advance your fundraising goals, develop new funding opportunities, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
Coaching and action planning meetings provide the personalized, 1:1 support leaders need to build their funder pipeline. This includes identifying new donor opportunities, developing strategies to cultivate both new and existing relationships, preparing for meetings, and prospecting for key conferences and events. Additional support may include collateral development and virtual event management.
FUNDRAISING WORKSHOPS
Understanding your mindset around money is an often overlooked key to your fundraising success. As a 21/64 Certified Advisor, I help clients have the conversations that matter most about their money, values, legacy, and the impact they want to create. I bring current best practices, inclusive strategies, and a deep commitment to equity in wealth and legacy planning. My approach centers cultural heritage, mindfulness, identity, and lived experience, fostering trust and connection across generations so every voice is heard and every vision has room to grow.

Prospect Research
One of the big roadblocks for non-profit entrepreneurs is making the time to prospect donors and to find and apply for grant opportunities. We can help with that! From tailored research to develop a list of potential funders, to reviewing your current pipeline, we have the expertise to get you on your way.
COMMUNITY
Macon St. hosts in person and virtual gatherings to bring together members of the philanthropic community. We also host monthly “office hours” for clients to share problems of practice and connect with each other.
